What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a service that allows you to pick up your order directly from the seller (Only if this service is available through the seller, and if the seller’s warehouse or store is located in your town). By choosing to collect your item directly from the seller’s store, you can enjoy the peace of mind of collecting your order at a time that suits you best, in a convenient location that you trust.

Please note: Collect is only available for small items. This service is unavailable for big and bulky items where a truck or specialised equipment are required for delivery.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

To place a Click & Collect order, follow these three easy steps:

  1. Add eligible items to your cart, and when selecting your preferred delivery type, you'll see the option to choose Pick Up In-Store.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select the seller’s store location(s).
  3. Once you've located the nearby stores that offer Click & Collect, simply choose your preferred store for pickup. Your chosen store will appear on your checkout page, and you can complete your purchase.

How will I be notified my order is ready to collect?

We'll update you every step of the way so you know exactly when your order is ready for pickup. After making your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch email within 1-2 business days.

Once your order is available for collection at seller’s store, the in-store team will scan your order in for collection, and you'll receive your ready- to-collect email from us. This will provide you with clear instructions on how to pick up your items in-store.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click & Collect costs are the same as our minimum standard shipping fees. This cost is to cover the processing fee, labour to pick and pack the order and have it available for the collection. The cost of your delivery is determined by the weight and size of the items you're purchasing, and your delivery address. During the checkout process, you'll be provided with the delivery time frame based on your chosen address and the weight of your items.

What products are eligible for Click & Collect?

You can use our Click & Collect service for small items sold on our site. It's unavailable for big and bulky items. If the pick-up option is not displayed during checkout, the product is unavailable for Click & Collect.

It's important to note that this service is designed for items that can be conveniently picked up from seller’s stores and fit into a passenger vehicle. If you have any specific questions about the eligibility of a particular product, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Why are my Click and Collect items being sent in separate shipments?

Once your order has been dispatched, you may notice your order has been split into different shipments. Whilst uncommon, sometimes stock is shipped separately due to size or is split by our couriers in transit.

If your order has been sent in separate shipments for each parcel, you will receive a "Parcel is ready to be shipped" and "Ready to Collect" email.

To collect your order in full and prevent multiple in-store trips, we would advise you to wait till you receive the same number of "Ready to Collect" emails as the "Parcel is ready to be shipped" emails.

Can I return or exchange items from my Click & Collect order in-store?

Click & Collect items cannot be returned to seller’s store. All Click & Collect returns must be returned directly through our standard Returns process.

Did you know that you can request a return by completing a Return Request form when logged into your account? To proceed, please log in and follow the prompts.

For a faster resolution, you may need to submit a photo or video as proof of the issue. You can attach these files when submitting your request.

Once submitted, Returns and Warranty Team will be in contact with you within 3 business days to guide you through the next steps.

When can I expect my Click & Collect order to be ready?

The delivery timeframe for your Click & Collect order depends on your location and whether the seller has the ordered item available in store.

Generally, please allow at least 2-3 business days until your receive the "Ready to Collect" email.

Once your Click & Collect order is ready for collection at seller’s store, the store will process your order for collection within 1-2 days.

If this time frame has passed and you have not received your “Ready to Collect” email or any updates, feel free to submit a request to our dedicated Customer Service - Click and Collect Team for investigation.

How do I track my Click & Collect order?

Step 1: Order Confirmation

After you've placed your order, you'll receive a "Thank You For Your Order!" email. This email summarises your purchase, providing information about the items you've purchased, delivery time frames, and a link to your invoice.

Step 2: Shipment Notification

Next, you'll receive a "Parcel is Ready to be Shipped" email. This email is sent when your items are packed and ready for shipment. It provides information on where you can find your tracking details. Please note that you may receive multiple emails if your order is shipped in multiple parcels.

Step 3: Collection Notification

Finally, you'll receive a "Ready to Collect" email. This email is sent when your item is ready for collection and has been scanned at the store. It provides instructions on how to collect your order from the chosen pick-up store. Remember to bring your phone, a copy of the "Ready to Collect" email, and your Photo ID to collect your order at the seller’s store.

How do I collect my order?

When collecting your Click & Collect order, please bring the following:

  • Phone with a copy of your "Ready to Collect" email containing your unique barcode
  • Your Photo ID
Can I send someone else to collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, you can have someone else collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf. To do this, ensure that the person you authorise has a copy of the "Ready to Collect" email and Photo ID when they visit the store for collection.

How long will the store hold my order?

Sellers typically hold your order for 10 days after it's ready for collection. After this period, if you haven't collected your order, it will be warehoused and you may incur a holding/warehousing fee depending on the seller’s Ts & Cs.

If the order is not collected after 30 days from seller’s warehouse, your order is deemed cancelled and a refund will be issued for the product(s) only less a cancellation/re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee is generally 20%-25% of the item value depending on the seller’s Ts & Cs. our team will reach out and a refund will be processed to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
