Store Credit

Checking and using your store credit is simple:

To Check Store Credit Balance
  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Go to 'My Account' at the top of the page.
  3. Your balance will be on the top right of the screen, it will be at the bottom of the screen.
To Use Store Credit
  1. Log into your account and shop as usual.
  2. When you reach the checkout, your store credit will be automatically applied to your order.
  3. If there's a remaining balance, you can pay with payment method of your choice.
Wondering if your purchase went through? Follow these steps:
  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Go to 'My Account' at the top of the page.
  3. Click 'My Orders’. Your order will appear in your account as soon as it has been placed. You can check the order status by clicking on "Show Order Details".
If you think you've been charged but can't find the order in your account, continue to 'Submit an Enquiry'. Select "Payments & Checkout" and provide us with the below:
  • The purchase date.
  • The Seller (company name)
  • The product or brand name
  • The payment method (e.g. Visa, MasterCard)
  • Order value
  • Transaction reference number from the payment provider (e.g. Transaction ID, screenshot of your statement showing the charge incur from Hospitality Sales)

How can I pay for my order?

Our site accepts various payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Gift Card, and store credit. However, we don't accept cheques, or direct deposits.

Please note that our sellers can’t provide an invoice until payment is received.

Trouble with Payment?

If you face payment issues, it's often due to:

  1. Mistakes in your credit card number entry.
  2. An expired credit card.
  3. Exceeding your credit card limit.

We suggest contacting your payment provider to understand why the payment was declined. If issues persist during checkout, reach out to us for assistance.

Changing Payment Method

Once you've placed an order, we can't change the payment method. If needed, we can attempt to cancel your order, and you can reorder using a different payment method. Keep in mind that quick order processing may limit our ability to cancel orders.

Purchasing a Gift Card

Digital gift cards can be emailed with a personalized message and are valid for three years from the issue date. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a digital gift card.

Using Your Gift Card

To use your gift card, fill your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. At the last stage of the order process, click on 'Got a gift card?' and enter the gift card code and pin. Make sure there are no spaces in the card number or pin.

Using Multiple Gift Cards

You can use up to three gift cards (both digital and physical) for a single purchase. If you need to cover the balance with a different payment method, you can use up to three gift cards along with another payment option.
