Shipping and Delivery

1. Subject to this Agreement, goods purchased on our marketplace will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which will be provided to you by email. 

2. All deliveries are of a commercial nature and will be to a business address only. Some small orders may be delivered to a home address subject to individual seller’s agreement. Deliveries to a home address may incur an additional fee. 

3. All deliveries are strictly to the receiving loading dock or ‘kerbside drop-offs’ where it becomes your responsibility and expense to supply necessary equipment and labour to move your order in position inside the premises. 

4. Deliveries are arranged by respective vendor(s) selling/supplying the goods on our marketplace. If you have purchased multiple items from different vendors on our marketplace, your deliveries will be in separate lots from each vendor for the item(s) purchased. 

5. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete and correct. 

6. Delivery dates are estimates only and provided by freight companies. We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however, from time to time particularly during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. Please allow a minimum of up to 3-5 days for Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney deliveries, 5-7 days for Adelaide, 7-10 days for Hobart and Perth, and 14-16 days for Darwin. Reginal and rural areas will have a longer delivery time. Each vendor may set their own delivery time frames which may differ from the above. You should check the sales listing for these details and contact the vendor for confirmation. 

7. Deliveries are subject to different fees and charges imposed by the transport service providers. In addition, certain goods (including large and bulky items or special orders) may be subject to additional charges for a tail-lift service at destination. All shipping charges will be made available to you at checkout. 

8. Some vendors on our marketplace utilise their own shipping and distribution networks and may charge different rates for shipping on goods. 

9. Some small goods sold on our marketplace may not require a signature and will be left in a safe place at your delivery address in accordance with our courier partner's standard practices. 

10. A signature may be required for some deliveries and some marketplace orders (depending on the individual Seller's requirements). You are responsible for ensuring you can accept delivery at the nominated delivery address during business hours. Neither we, nor any Marketplace Seller will be responsible for: 

1. late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the stated delivery timeframes. 

2. lost or missing parcels that have been signed for at your selected delivery address (regardless of whether you have personally accepted delivery). 

3. lost or missing parcels left at your chosen location where you have expressly given authority to leave with the item's carrier. 

11. Some vendors on our marketplace may offer a ‘Click-and-Collect’ service. If you opt to pick up your order directly from a vendor: 

1. You need to check the collection address and ensure you or your nominated transport company can attend the collection site and collect your order. 

2. The vendor will notify you when your order is ready for collection. 

3. You must collect your order within 7 days of being notified it is ready for collection. If you do not collect your order within this time frame, your order will be considered abandoned. You will be refunded for the order, less the amount of a shipping and handling fees and any additional re-stocking fee (depending on the individual seller’s agreement). 

4. You need to thoroughly check your order at the time of collection. Any part of the order missing or any damages after the goods have been signed for is your responsibility. 

5. Delivery/collection of the goods is deemed completed when you or your nominated agent or transport carrier signs for the good at the collection point. 

6. We or the marketplace vendor are not responsible for any loss or damage after the goods are signed for and are collected. 

12. We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any delivery options at our absolute discretion.
