Returns and Exchanges

1. All returns must be first approved by the relevant seller. 

2. You must notify the marketplace seller in writing immediately and provide a valid reason to the seller for returning the goods. 

3. Returns will not be accepted where you have changed your mind. 

4. Accepting the return of the goods are the sole responsibility and at full discretion of each individual marketplace seller and may vary depending on the seller or the goods. We recommend you carefully check these details prior to purchase. 

5. To return any item, you must follow the returns process of the relevant seller. 

6. You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery or collection (if the goods are being collected by the customer or its nominated agent or transport carrier) and if the goods are damaged or not otherwise in conformity with your order, you must give written notice to the marketplace seller of the details of damage or non-conformity within 3 days of the delivery date. 

7. If the purchased goods are damaged or don’t conform to your order, the goods must be left in the state and condition in which they were delivered until such time as the marketplace seller or its authorised agent has inspected the goods, such inspection to be carried out within a reasonable time after notification by the customer. If the goods are not so left in the state and condition in which they were delivered, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. 

8. Upon receipt of a notice, the marketplace seller will advise a return authorisation number (RAN) and an acceptable mode of transport to their warehouse. 

9. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by the seller, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. We recommend you take insurance on any items that you are returning. 

10. When returning any goods to the seller, you undertake to follow the seller’s instructions, prepay the freight and clearly mark the freight with the return authorisation number advised by the seller. 

11. Deliveries not complying with seller’s return procedure may not be accepted by the seller. 

12. Valid claims for incorrectly sent goods will be credited in full. A re-stocking fee will apply to all goods returned against orders correctly executed. The >span class="s4">sellers reserve the right to charge for any cost incurred in such execution. 

13. Acceptance of the goods shall be deemed for all purposes to have taken place when delivery has occurred. 

14. The sellers reserve the right to charge an additional fee for goods returned without the original packing, missing accessories or parts or without the user manuals or warranty cards. 

15. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion or at the discretion of the Seller) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of the seller. 

16. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address. 

17. Items damaged on construction sites or during installation will not be eligible for return. 

18. No returns will be accepted for gift cards, or digital products under any circumstances.
